Tomorrow, ESCAPE! Woohoo! With Alicia, Kerrie and Elizabeth and maybe Alicia's friend. =D hope cia's friend can come too. =D

Many things have happened this year, I feel. Many things that made me happy, shocked, upset, heartbroken, touched, etc. But recently, the things that have happened are never looking on the bright side of life... how should I put it? Its all depressing for me. Oh, lets just hope that whatever happened between Yan Wen and I, shall not repeat in my secondary school life. Like, not between Yan Wen and I lar... but between me and a friend who I knew since first day of orientation? But at least Yan Wen and I are friends now. =D

Cia just came over just now and we watched HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL's encore on Disney Channel. Kerrie used my Disney account [she rushed me to sign up, since she wasn't on her comp and all] and tried her luck for those High School Musical giveaways... a soundtrack which is autographed!!! Like, OMG! And a HSM JACKET! So cool lah. WILDCATS STYLE =D

Anyway, we were like, so into the show lah. Then we watched until it ended; 9.30pm. Then Cia stayed here till like, 10.20+ and her dad came to fetch her. Rahas. so funny... cos this late afternoon when she came over, she had problems. She kept getting lost. Funny thing was, she took the correct lift up to my house outisde, then she though "wah so plain and so little slippers, sure not Gwen's house lah" and left!!! Later I told her the directions, and when she rang my doorbell, she was like, laughing and telling me this was the house which looks quite plain and with very little slippers -_- HAHAHA.

Can't wait to go ESCAPE! NONO, not the Haunted House dearies. HAUNTED HOUSE PRACTICALLY MADE ME CRY! So scary one lar! Wahaha... but tickets price for 13 and above is like, $16.30, Kerrie told me. I was so shocked larh... 16 bucks for one ticket that lets you into a lousy theme park with like, NO ROLLER COASTERS EXCEPT ALPHA 8?!?!

And no way will I sit in Alpha 8 peeps; the last time i went there with Celine, Xiu Zhen and Yan Qi, I practically flew out of the cart cos the people didn't secure it properly. It almost killed Celine and I okay!

Anyway.
Went to MOS early in the morning to meet Kerrie to do up the Math project game board. Supposed to meet at 10am, but I woke up late then when she called to make sure I was awake it was already 9:40+! Whoops! Then I rush rush, but tried printing the pics again, then cannot. Then bathe and rush and by the time I got to MOS it was 10:50 and I was all sweaty and my hair was like, WOOSH!

Worse, I made Kerrie wait for practically an hour. Sorry dear. =(

When I got there surprisingly she wasn't like, going to scream until the whole Jubilee building collasped. She just like told me how long she waited and like nagged a bit etc. Then after that she was okay. Thanks Ker, you're the best! =D

Anyways. After that we couldn't really get anything done cos I didn't have the pics of America's stars etc so that we could do up the board. The only thing we could do was to thickened the lines of the board. So Kerrie suggested going to her place to do the board and I was like, okay.

After I ate finish at MOS, we went up to the 3rd [and last] storey of Jubilee and went to X-ZONE! wooh! Super fun lah! X-ZONE was like, totally empty can? Only like, 3+ people [not counting the counter staff] there lor! And we saw one guy playing the drum that game XD damn cool. He played so super fast lah!

The first thing we did when we got there was to look at Time Crisis, high-five each other and rush to the counter to buy a card. okay, wait, thats 3 things. haha.

The moment we got the card we rushed to Time Crisis II and scanned the card. Whoo! Damn fun larhs! Then we played, and we both died a few times. Then we kept playing and playing and topping up the card and topping up the card like, 3 times or more while playing lar! We played Time Crisis II until we completed the WHOLE FREAKING GAME!

Like, HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!

We got to the 6th position of the game larh! I bet many people didn't even make it NEAR lorh! We completed like, EVERY SINGLE FREAKING STAGE OF THE GAME! Wuahaha. Game+$$$ queens man.

After that, played a few more games. Then we stare stare at this other guy who came to play the like, drum game there. He was super cool lah! Play until like damn pro liddat. So pei fu!

Then we left and went to take MRT to Yio Chu Kang to Kerrie's place. Her mom and sister were both at home. I said hi, then I noticed her sister was super skinny lah! So good lor. No wonder Kerrie's jealous. But its not like Kerrie is fat lor. =)

We cut off some pictures of superstars from like, America Australia etc, from magazines. Then I started reading some mags from America or err dunno what country. But of course is buy from Singapore one lah. 8 bucks for one mag leh! oh my goodness. So ex. And both the mags are like, different titles one larh. One is M and another is J-14. Although both are diff titles, BOTH HAD ZAC EFRON ON THE FRONT COVER!

But of course lah, he is like so shuai lorh! *screams*

Anyway, we do the board etc, and her mom calls us down for teabreak. When going downstairs, Kerrie said this is all because of me, because she's never had teabreak in her life. LOL.

So around 4:40+ i left her place and we waited at the bus stop for like, dunno how long for 825. Then when like, 2 163s and 2 855s went past, we were like, a bit fed up. So Kerrie went to look at the erm... the pole that every bus stop has to state which buses stop there. Then Kerrie asked if today was a Saturday and when I told her yah she was like, OMG! We waited here for nothing! Last bus was at 2:30!!!!!!!

Like, what the heck? We wasted our time lah.... -_-

Anyway when I got home my bro wasn't home, so called my mom asked her where my bro and maid went. She said that they might be downstairs cos my bro wanted to ride the bike. So of course got to go downstairs again lor. SO FREAKING WARM LAH! I sweated like hell, haha!

When i finally went up with them, i immediately turned on the com. lol. COMPUTER ADDICT!!! =D

rahaha. Today's sailing I did quite badly. So crappy lar. Its like, I keep getting last few. Like, how much worse can I get? Sometimes I get so dishearted at sailing cos I keep doing badly. But oh well, I guess I'll just have to buck up yeah.

As usual, only beat Wen Feng for about 2 of our little races. Grr! He was such a crappy idiot lah, he knows port-side doesn't have right-of-way, then when I think Aaron was starboard, Wen Feng kept shouting "PORT PORT PORT! STARBOARD BOAT KEEP CLEARRRR!". Like, what crap? and he kept going hallelujah. Like, haha?

Anyway, today uncle Thomas didn't appear to coach us for sailing. It was aunty Evone. I think uncle Thomas kena called for reservice, because thats what the teachers say. aunty Evone gave me a bad impression to me that she didn't know how to coach well enough, but for today's training she was very nice, and gave intructions slightly clearer than the first time she coached us in replace of uncle Thomas. She explained about the transit during the breifing, but I didn't understand.

Then after sailing, when unrigging our boats, she came pass and asked if I understood how to check the transit, the marker and pinpoint mark and all. I said no, and she explained really well. I guess learning about how to check the transit would help me a lot for the interschools. Hmm..

Anyway, I still haven't done my Chinese homework. Like, how dead am I? Both Chinese and Math holiday homework's deadline is tomorrow, and yet I'm not done with both of them! And its not that little okay.

Today in school during recess I heard from my classmates that Justin from 1I had a fall while climbing up the wooden part of the pull-up bar thingy. Then when breaking his fall he used his hands and hence he kena a fracture and his bone ended up sticking out of his wrist there.

I guess its the impact, if not its because he is too skinny. There was no blood though, only a few drops. "A blessing in disguise." said Mrs Sidhu, when counciling some of us who heard about the incident, or saw it and felt tramatized. Surprisingly, many of my sec 1 sailing friends were there because most of them witnessed the incident. Especially Joeseph.

I feel really sorry for Joeseph, because I heard from him that after the incident, people said that he was the one who pushed Justin off the pole and hence, made him fall off. He was very sad when Mrs Sidhu was counciling us, partially cos he is also Justin's classmate, and because of the misunderstanding between him and some people. So when going home, I noticed that Mrs Sidhu talked to Joeseph's mother. I guess its about the misunderstanding thing.

Lucky for me I didn't go witness the scene where Justin's bone was sticking out of his wrist. Oh gosh, I'm feeling sick! So gross lah... it makes me wanna puke just thinking of it, even though I never seen that scene.

Well, Justin, though I do not really know you, but I do know you through the PE lessons and the SL camp thingy, I hope you'll recover real quickly. =D

Nicholas and Joeseph made it into the Student Leader crap as Student Councilors! Wuahaha!!! All the sailing people made it in as Student Councilor! Woots!

Alicia made it in as a Peer Leader. Shes like the only one lah, so she's feeling sad about it, cos its like no one to accompany her?

Today was feeling like crap in school. Couldn't concentrate and focus on lessons, especially Math.

Mrs Thomas talked to us today at first period of CME about the class's open diary... Kerrie and I are supposed to decorate it. I think Tan Ying too. But, oh well.

Then suddenly Mrs Thomas talked about sec 2, and that most probably some people from our class would be streamed into another sec 2 class and not stay in the endeavour class for sec 2. She was hoping that all of us would stay together as a class, but she said confirmed some people would be streamed off this class.

Omg, that is like so sad lah! Oh well.

After CME [which meant after schooll] we had to go down to the theatrette or however you spell it for the Student Leaders meeting thingy... to listen to Ms Sim talk about what we're supposed to do for the campaigning, speech and crap.

Its like, so crap. Who would be so bo liao?? Its like, crap lah!

Then Kerrie and I ate curry puff from Old Chang Kee for lunch. LOL. Then Elizabeth bought like, 9 or more nuggets! WAH LAO, so FATTENING lah! Then she eat also mouth open while she's chewing, so rude and disgusting!!!

Anyway, we went to take neos. They made me fold up my skirt to make it short!! =O

During taking one of the neos that time Elizabeth told us to let down our hair. So okay lor let down lor. Then my hair was like a bit messy at first at the fringe there, so after taking that neo i made my fringe a bit neater, and Elizabeth suddenly like, let out a small scream.

She was like, "GWEN! YOUR HAIR IS SO... SO NICE! OMG!" and stuff. Dots?

So for the rest of the day at J8 and when I went home, I let down my hair cos Elizabeth asked me to.. also as a form of accompaning her cos she wants to let down her hair. Then its like, so awkward? I've hardly let down my hair when I'm in school uniform, unless at home or whatsoever.

When walking home from the MRT, nearing my house liao lah, I saw one sec 3 guy from MFSS. Tuck out shirt somemore, and using hp! woah. Okay lah, my shirt was also tucked out and I had a hp in my bag, so no diff. He went to play soccer at the 'soccer court' across the road from my house there.

Rahahas. Made new character in Cassopia in Maple.. wahaha lvl 6 only!

Anyway, damn sian lah, playing noob char. Take so long just to fight one mushroom or something. Still stuck in Maple Island. =D lame place though. Anyway, I decided to make new char cos of what everyone is telling me : Adding Skill Points each to ICE and LIGHTNING is a noob thing to do, and everyone I asked for their opinion told me to make new char in Cass! Cos I play Aquila using yunasakura, and everyone esp Darren [sailing Darren, not Darren Goh] and Aaron. Kept saying "Aquila sucks lah!"

Woah.

First day back at school after hols was great lah! Seeing everyone again was - the BEST! =D

Okay, and everyone was like "omg GWEN! You CUT your HAIR?!?!" and like "WOAH!!!" and stuff. All I could do was stand there and listen. haha. True you know.

The worst thing about being back in schools were the homework. Especially the subjects for the holiday homework I didn't finish, which was, practically, ALL OF THE HOLIDAY HOMEWORK!

But many of the teachers were nice enough to give us another few days grace... three cheers for them!

Worst come to worst, I also find out one of my favourite teachers is leaving us.. MISS LOY!!! =(
Well, my art teacher actually. But she's the best art teacher I've had, well, since primary school. All the art teachers I got since primary school are CRAP! But Miss Loy made us do our art and stuff, and her lessons are so fun! Miss Loy; we will miss you!

Because now our timetable has changed, our art has shifted to Monday. Where we find out that Miss Loy was leaving, and that this would be the last lesson she would have with us. Everyone gasped when we heard what she said. I was like, going to cry! LOL. She's going to university.. aww. Such a pity.

Anyway, we also met our new History teacher.

This guy seemed nice at first, Mr Edwin Hoe I think. The first half-hour of his lesson was oh-so-interesting. The whole class had to give him an intro of ourselves. Our name, primary school, and what we think of history.

BORING, duh!

But of course I said I had an interest in Social Studies, the chapters about the Japanese occupation period. Well, those chapters really made me read more into the occupation. lol.

And the great news was, instead of taking MUSIC, we're now taking DANCE to replace music! Woohoo! No more Mr Lam yeah! Now its the CCA dance teacher, Ms Chua. Nice teacher lah, very funny and kept targeting Aaron. like, haha!


TODAY;


Sailing session today rocked! For the practice races, I got 1st for the first race, 2nd for second race and 2nd for the third race. Well, thats among the sec 1 byte sailors though.

At the first race Ryan got 2nd, and I got 1st. Then Wen Feng got 3rd, and he said he would screw us. Well, in the end we lost to him. The last two races, he got 1st for both races whereas I got 2nd for both the last 2 races. Boohoo.

Anyway, the weird thing was during our rigging up. My boat was inbetween Wen Feng's and Ryan's boat. Wen Feng's boat on my left, and Ryan's on my right.

Wen Feng's sail number was SIN807
Ryan's was SIN806
and mine was SIN805!!!

Like, wah! Such a coincidence! So the order was SIN807, SIN805, SIN806. haha! And furthermore we got those sails by chance, depending on what the uncles at the NSC counter find and throw at us.

Woah, look at da time.. better go sleep liao..

And oh ya, a little note that I failed my 2.4km run. Passing mark is 18.40s or 18.30s and I got 19.05s!!! Like, how sad is THAT?! Anyone wanna train on my running with me before the next 2.4km retest? =p

Finally got my Adidas school shoes le... 59 bucks! Wuahaha.. my mother go bargain from 79 bucks become 62 bucks then 59 bucks! WAH!

I also got a Converse bag... those round kind lah. I using it for sailing bah.. cos easier to carry one big bag then many many different bags. $26.35... hahah.

Wah tomorrow school open ler... i have to chiong homework after this. Tomorrow have sailing PT!!! But Mrs Sidhu said it will be a 'light' sailing PT... not too much running and stuff cos we have another up-coming race soon. Hope I do well for that yeah.

Tonight I better sleep early otherwise if tomorrow got like Math or what hor, I will sleep in class again! haha! Sure one lah... I hope I don't kena scolding if I don't hand in homework, because I haven't finish it all yet... wah die le!

Wah lao, I see the Creative MP3 which is 30GB on sale on the Creative website for Singapore leh!!! WAH LAO, 229 bucks only!!! and its 30GB LEH!!! Mine is 512MB, and it costed me $240 leh! What the heck lor... such a rip-off! But of course my dad won't lemme buy a new MP3 cos mine is considered quite new... since start of year only haha! I will die if I ask my dad to buy for me that 30GB one.. but its like, 30GB leh, a lot leh!!! More then 512MB can le... haha.

LATER GOT HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL AT 7:30PM ON DISNEY CHANNEL! MUST WATCH LAH!!!

I was damn suay lah, cos at the end of the race when rounding the last buoy before going to the finishing point, I capsized lah! And lost TWO positions.

One to a guy I practically kept running into on the course. He was like, trying to get infront of me but he never. That is, until I capped. I bet he was like "wah, finally give way." or stuff. haha! Then another position to this American guy who was like, damn far behind me?!?! Really lor, he was like very far behind, last few. Then I capped and when I uprighted my boat and tried jybing, I capped again. Then I turtled too, then my daggerboard was being an idiot... so i had to kick it up. Then when I finally managed to jybe, that American guy whooshed right pass. I was like, WTH LAH!!! And tried chionging up past him.

But of course he crossed the finishing line seconds before me. WAH LAO! SECONDS leh! Mrs Sidhu was watching with Jack somemore.. so paisei.

Then when I reached back to shore, Mrs Sidhu dropped Jack off and asked him to help me, Ryan, David and Wen Feng with our boats. But Jack is like, yue bang yue mang lor! I tell him cannot pull my boat up past the trees cos my mast will hit the tree branches as the tree is not that tall and all, then he don't believe me, say what "Aiya just pull! Can one lar! Just pull it there lar!" then I have to keep telling him, cos David and I tried before and our boats got stuck there cos the branches were too short. Then Jack was being an asshole and stubborn, and when he finally believed me, he said he would go unrig his boat and when I managed to pull through the other way then call him.

THAT IDIOT!!!

For all my sailing friends hor, they all cannot stand Jack cos he act like he knows so much, and he talks a lot of crap. While unrigging my boat, Tzu Ling and Siu Ngee came over, and come help us. Then Jack ask why they never go bathe, and they said they of course must help us. Then Jack called Siu Ngee and Tzu Ling "very good senior number 1 and very good senior number 2." then they were like "Jack, can you shut up?!?! I cannot stand you liao lah!!!" and David ask Siu Ngee why she never said much about Jack when she also cannot stand him, then Siu Ngee said cos Tzu Ling already said everything out for her. LOL! Then Siu Ngee was like telling us she cannot stand Jack, then Jack called her "medium senior" instead of "very good senior number 1" and I was like "JACK CAN YOU SHUT UP?!?!"

Anyway.
That American guy [sail 806] was there with his erm.. father or whatever lar, then Wen Feng was 'singing' that "No More Birds" thing, with the "Damn that Richard Gear [or err however you spell it]! Damn his eyes, damn his grey hair, damn his lousy at mathematics and american letter [or something]" then there was a part the people talking in Hokkien lah, the Hokkien version of that joke they were making out of that ad where the girl said "my family is going away on a journey and I want to wish them good luck. 5 birds please." that ad. Then there was a part where the guy said "si ang mo lang" and stuff.

Then Wen Feng go say lor. I very scared cos some americans understand what is ang mo lang. Cos that time like 2 years ago Celine and I were talking lah, then we mentioned ang mo lang, and this american person understood and thought we talking about him. We were like, HUH?? oh shit!!!

Anyway, later gonna go buy shoes. ADIDAS! haha! I also wanna buy shoes for like, going out purpose, like Melody's pair of shoes. The one with the 3 stripes down the sides of the shoes. Damn nice lah!

Damn! Stupid idiot lah.. go rate my skin 0.5 with a "sorry", dropping it off the Top 15 rated list lah. DAMN! what the heck lor.. STUPID FLAMER ACCOUNTS!

Anyway, today my sailing skills like... IMPROVED? Like, really lah. Thanks to Mrs Sidhu's encouragement. She saw me and Quin in the toilet while we were applying sunblock, and she talked to me about her noticing that I got very scared, especially when going on Runs.

Actually its true that I'm afraid of the boat when going on a Run. The boat will become so shaky that you feel like capsizing every second. So imagine, on a trapezoid course, you'd have to go on Runs so many times! I would like to kill myself.

Okay, but really must thank Mrs Sidhu for all the encouragement! She asked me what I feared most, and what was there to loose? Since I was already like 116/123 for positions, whats there to loose when I cap? Just upright the boat and move, and if I loose positions, its okay because I was already right near the bottoin. She just told me to go for it and all... so yeah, thanks Mrs Sidhu for all that encouragement.

Through her encouragement, I realised that I actually listened to her advice! She told me to go near the start line and not to worry too much about OCS, and I did. Then I got such a good start that I was quite fast. I was so much better that during the race I could actually see Chee Teng when I was racing! Chee Teng appeared about 3 times infront of me and I was like "Huh? I thought Chee Teng should have sped off by now.. hmm..."

But anyway. Argh damn tired now... and yay Melody wanna learn electric guitar too! Maybe can go for classes with her.. wuahaha!

omgomgomg!!! Finally, my third skin to be able to make it into one of the Top 15 rated! YAY!

First, Fragile Love, then My World, My colors, and now, SAYONARA! woots!!! =D I was wondering how come the downloads for that skin from 4 [when I just submitted it] suddenly shot up to 29 when I just didn't visit blogskins for a few days. And it suddenly had 3 more comments and the most recent was like, one hour ago?

And woah, I wondered why people will suddenly come comment. And I found out its cos that blogskin made it into the #9 in Top 15 Rated list!

Today's competition was like SHIT lah! Wah lao, there was a total of 4 races conducted [as told by TzuLing]. And since there was 4 races [I was too lazy and tired to count], I got last for 3 races. The only race which i didn't get last for... well,

I got 2nd last for that race.

Like practically no diff lah!

The sea waters that day was like a battlefield. It was...

CHAOTIC!

Gosh, I wanted to faint out there. Well, I wish I could faint, but I couldn't lol. There were so many bytes and everyone was screaming at another person and all... woah. I wanted to DIE instead of faint.

Its really bad out there in the seawaters during the race, because people will take advantage of the situation if they find you a noob. Like, some people will purposely try to bang into your boat if you don't have the RIGHT OF WAY. Take one of today's race for instance, I was on port-side [left side of the boat] and if you're on port, starboard [right side of the boat] has RIGHT OF WAY. So today during one of the races I was sailing past another person who was on starboard, and I was on port.

I had confidence that I could make it pass that guy without banging into him and doing penalty, which is 360 [or was it 720? 720 for when hit the buoy and powerboat only right?].

Since I had gained quite good speed, it was obvious I could sail past him without banging into him. So I just sailed without worrying. There were 2 guys sailing on starboard, but I confirm won't bang into the guy infront. But still I had confidence of sailing past the 2nd guy.

So when I was halfway past him, he could actually sail right past me too. But instead of trying to sail past me, he purposly pointed [like, to steer your boat to the right. if you're on the right side of the boat that is] his tiller and tried to bang into me!!!

He was like, glaring at me. And I tell you, his eyes had a damned wicked look in them! He glared and me and he looked so scary!!! I was so shocked and a bit scared of him. But heng he didn't manage to bang into me even though he tried. I felt like shouting "HAHA. TOO BAD FOR YOU, IDIOTIC NINCOMPOOP!!!" but of course I couldn't, if not he could protest me.

In the whole competition, only David and I [among the 123 byte sailors in the race] used the blue full sails. Idiotic sia.. so out of place. And I heard uncle Thomas mention that the orange full sail could point higher. Like, WHAT SHIT!!! I shouldn't have used the blue full sail! But Ning Xin was lazy to fold two sails [cos my sail SIN837 had no baton, and hence uncle Thomas told me to take Ning Xin's blue sail SIN839 while she took an orange sail], and if she wouldn't help me to fold, no one would cos its like, damn hard to fold sail.

Jack and I and Lin Jie missed doing the "MF-WOOSH!" thingy. My favourite part before every race! I begged Jack to wait with me for my rudder cos I overshot the hole again [2 times in a row, so first time I ask Jack help me ask the NSC counter workers help take out, then 2nd time I got to go ask myself]. I hope that tomorrow we do the MF-WOOSH! thing again before competing. I remembered during DRAGONBOATING, wah! So many girls, so when doing the MF-WOOSH! we had problem cos some people hand very short and cannot reach the pile of hands in the center. HAHA! I wonder if the boys had the same problem =/

There is one STINKING PERVERT worker, who is working in NSC. Thats why I dread going to NSC. And thats why when Jack was still at the counter [although he got his things and was ready to go] I begged him to wait for me. All because of that PERVERT!

Everytime I go to NSC, he would stand there and stare and grin a pervertic grin at me. I am so scared of him already cos he has been doing this to me a lot of times. Practically, everytime I go to NSC! And when I go to the counter alone, he would make like, weird whistling noises and smile a pervertic smile at me!!!

Anyway.. after the race, I helped the others to recover their boats. Then when Quin and I managed to drag our heavy boats to my parking area there, we noticed a lot of people queueing up for the hose! Optimist sailors and byte sailors alike. I was like, WTH?! So many people? Damn it!!! have to wait a long time!

And when I got the hose, Wen Feng asked me for help to fold his sail. I haven't even wash my boat, much less take down my sail yet. Cos of course even though I never capsize, I must still wash the sail. Its sorta like a rule for us. haha!

Then cos I refused to help Wen Feng until I get my boat washed, he kept turning off my hose whenever I was trying to get my sail washed. Like I took the hose, and he purposely stood at the hose knob there and turned it off just as I was about to spray my sail. And he was like "you help me fold sail then I let you wash lah!" and I had to keep arguing with him until he finally gave way to me and helped me wash my sail. But cos I was holding the boom [the horizontal pole that holds the sail] so that he could help me wash the sail, he kept spraying water at me.

Brr, so cold!

But it was nice getting normal water at my face and not salt water! =D anyway, it was like I was sunburnt on my cheeks! During the race, I mean. During one of the races [I think 2nd race] my face felt damn hot, and when I touched my cheeks it hurt like siao! Ouch. My legs became lobster halfway during the race, as in, became red lah! So red somemore... and now near my tanned line [my bootes lah! So high that I look like i'm wearing a skin colored sock] my skin there is like, burnt? It really is lah! The skin there is dead... like when you fall down and when your cut clots and dries it becomes dead skin that you can peel off right? Ya, now my legs near the tanned line is like that. So eww lah!

Anyway after signing out I got a muffin and a bottle of mineral water with "isle Chill - SENTOSA" printed on a plastic wrapping around the middle of the bottle. LOL! At the previous race, the one which the sec1s didn't participate in cos we haven't got our LVL One Profiency [or however you spell it] cert, the sign out foodstuff was a packet of MILO and either chicken wings if not fish fillet!!! I was officiating lah, so also can take lol. Last time one better lah!!! Why not MILO and chicken wings again!

I heard Aaron is officiating this race too actually, but dunno why he never come. He's not racing lah.

Anyway forgot to mention the sign in item given to us was a T SHIRT!!! This is better than the last race cos the last race Mrs Sidhu gave out those like, metal water bottles out. Printed on it is err, forgot. Must go see Joeseph's bottle LOL. But of course T shirt is better. Can wear mah! And furthermore I need more clothes, so heng we got shirt =D

and its BLUE!! A nice shade of blue. But the words printed on are printed in ORANGE! Looks a bit weird lah! As in, the orange doesn't match that shade of blue. And there are two thin lines of orange down near the width of the sleeve. So little orange, sure cannot match nicely with the blue one lah! The blue is too err... in-the-middle for the orange. As in, in the middle of dark blue and light blue that kind of color. haha!

Aiya post later if not tomorrow.. wanna go play The Sims 2 and then wash up and go sleep. =D tata! Wish me more luck for tomorrow's competition... sailing comps don't just end in one day you know! Must hope I don't get last again okay!

and oh ya mr lee told us to drink 2litre of water to hydrate outselves. How to see whether we're hydrated enough? The pee, duh. He said when we go toilet the pee must be colorless, and that means we're hydrated enough. -_- lame lah! haha

Tomorrow is the start of Singapore National Byte and Optimist Championships.

GAMBATTE TO ALL MFSS SAILORS! We must bring GLORY to our school yeah?

Arrived at school at almost 9am. I was like, "GOSH! I am like, so damn late!" until I saw Ning Xin walking on the pathway outside school. When my dad drove into the school's shelter there then I waited for Ning Xin to walk in.

When she caught up, she was a bit drenched because it was raining. Duh. If not what? Someone spilt water on her???

So we walked together into the usual MFSS sailing team 'gathering spot', like before PT we always gather there mah. We saw Zach, Justin and Wei Ming walking past like, near the shelter that my dad dropped me off at.

Then when we got to our gathering area, we saw that we were the only girls. Ning Xin practically grabbed me and went "GWEN! we're the only GIRLS around here!" and said something like must stick together. LOL

So we sat down for a while and chatted about how the boys' hairstyles have changed.

Ning Xin was like "omg, do you see Justin's HAIRSTYLE?! Its like, so freaking UGLY!" and I was nodding my head in agreement, cos okay, he was looking damn weird lah! Looked a bit like Chee Teng's hairstyle, only that Chee Teng's hairstyle was that practically all his hair spiked up, whereas for Justin, his hair was like, FLAT infront [and really flat. He use GEL lah!] and spiky behind. Eeee, his fringe there was like, ROUND! We were like, EWWW!

Then Zach. Zach also got his hair cut. MUCH MUCH shorter... Ning Xin said he looked like a little child!!! I was laughing my head off as she went "Its true!! Don't you agree? He looks like a CHILD!!!" hahaha!!! So hilarious! But Zach looked weird too, cos his hair was TOO short. HAHA!

Mubarak cut his hair shorter also.. wah, its like so many people got their hair cut.

Anyway, Ms Cheng came after that and told us we can wait a while for the rest to come. We waited and soon after, QUIN came! Oooooh! My dearest!! haha just joking. I'm not BROKEBACK okay please. We were like, so glad to see Quin! She practically thought I was siao cos I was like "QUIN YOU'RE HERE!!! YAY!" and all that. Haha. But anyway.

And we found out that she too, CUT HER HAIR! We were like, haha! Unbelievable!

Then we chatted with Ms Cheng for a while more.. Ning Xin telling us how disasterous it would be for Ms Cheng to be teaching her and us and all... then Ms Cheng killing Ning Xin for her not finishing up her Geography homework, then Ms Cheng killing Quin for coming to school when she has a flu. Not that Ms Cheng was afraid that Quin would pass the germs around but cos tomorrow is the competition, and Ms Cheng doesn't want Quin to be even more sick.

Ms Cheng then couldn't wait anymore, and asked us to go up to the hall for PT cos the corridors were wet and cos of that we couldn't run incase we might fall down. So while walking up to the hall Yi Xuan came to school and walked up with us and Ms Cheng grumbled about how she has to make more calls to those who didn't come.

Poor Ms Cheng, has to waste her phone bill for calling people who didn't come for sailing!

Then we did 10 rounds around the hall. While doing that, Zach took a chair and started running with it! We were laughing our heads off sia, it was so funny to see Zach running with a chair infront of him! But we then noticed that he took the chairs to use them to prevent us from cutting corners!!! So smart lah he.

After that we did 20 pushups, 20 crunches and 20 jumping-jacks. That is counted as one set. We had to do 2 sets.... wah! So 40 pushups, 40 crunches and 40 jumping-jacks! Woo, was sweating like hell after that.

Went to gym to do our sets on each of the machines, then Ms Cheng came in to monitor us and then after that we went to shift some stuff at the sailing corner. Ms Cheng said we could place a sofa there next time for us to sit!!! We were like "HUH?! So dusty and warm WHO WANNA SIT???" haha.

Then went to i-Studio to watch some clips from some movies. One of them was "Brian's Song" we were like, BRIAN! Cos sailing got one BRYAN, not BRIAN. LOL!!! The other film was damn nice and we watched most of it cos some of us suggested to, so Ms Cheng didn't skip a lot of the second disc. Then that movie was damn freaking good to watch.. the coach Carter was really inspiring... that movie is about basketball, so I guess Alicia would be interested in it? XD

I so wanna borrow that movie from Mrs Sidhu one day... I also wanna borrow the one we watched during sailing camp. All these movies we watch really told a lot about how teamwork, team spirit is important, and how we should never give up. I was like really 'enlightened' after watching those movies. So inspiring!!!

And I heard most of them are like, based on real life stories. I loved the basketball one.. so damn freaking NICE to watch lah!!!

Then we went for lunch.

Me, Quin, Nicholas, Joeseph and Lin Jie went for lunch together at the hawker center across the overhead bridge. Actually Quin and I followed Ning Xin and Yi Xuan to the coffee shop across the road, but in the end I told Quin that Nicholas they all going to the other hawker center so we chased after them.

When they saw us following them, they purposely ran off faster than us and Quin chased after them. I tried to, but because I had a sorta like sprained knee, I couldn't.. it hurt when i tried to run.

So when they reached the overhead bridge they walked slower for me to catch up.. But Quin already caught up with them LOL. We bought the usual stuff we always bought when we went for lunch there, then Nicholas and Joeseph went to Nicholas's place to get his spectical band. Then after a while Lin Jie finished eating, and tried to chase after them.

So Quin and I finished eating and while waiting for Quin to finish up her drink, Nicholas and Joeseph sneaked behind us and RAHHH-ed us. I didn't see them cos my back was facing them, and so I got a shocked and they were laughing after that. Quin didn't get shocked cos she saw them trying to sneak up behind us.

Then we noticed that Lin Jie wasn't with them... and we were like "lets run off!!!" cos we thought Lin Jie would go back to the coffee shop and look for us when he couldn't catch up with Nicholas and Joeseph... then we went across the overhead bridge, and waited for him. We were watching under the block of Nicholas's house cos we thought Lin Jie would be there. Then we waited a while and I noticed that we were gonna be late soon, so we ran back into school and found....

LIN JIE!!! he was in school! I was right lah, I told them he might have gone back into school but they wanted to wait across the bridge for him to laugh at him when he realises we're across the overhead bridge!!! HAHA

So we got to NSC [National Sailing Center]. Light wind, too light. So we sat around listening to MP3 and looking at our hps and stuff. Then Mrs Sidhu told Uncle Thomas to let us sail and he did. We helped those who were using the school bytes to wash the bytes first.

WAH LAO LAH! The byte Yi Xuan used was damn dusty, and had circles of white on it. I think its water droplets that dried up long ago lah. Then it was like, you know chicken pox? Yeah, all the spots!!! Then we were like, "this boat has AIDS!!!" and laughing our heads off. But that stupid byte was so damn dusty lah!!!

Then we helped to wash them and Mrs Sidhu asked us to rig up our boats. Found out couldn't use NSC 14, my boat I use every sailing training. MY DEAR BOAT!!! Only can use NSC bytes 17-23 during competition, cos byte 14 was one of those bytes which other schools were using for tomorrow's competition. So Ning Xin told me to use the competition bytes... and we found out that the bytes were like, 100 YEARS NEVER WASH DE!!! So damn dirty..

I picked NSC 22, and saw a decomposed chicken bone in it. Second time liao lah!! First time was in NSC 14, and someone had thrown a chicken bone in it and when I found it, it was decomposed. Like, EWW?!

Then we washed our boats and my boat STINKED! Smelled like rotten meat... because of the stupid CHAO TAH water which is always found infront of the boat... the hole that holds the mast. Damn stinky lah! David joked that it was my smell, and that I refused to admit that it was my smell that was so stinky. Stupid David!

My boat gave me a damned hell loads of problems. The mast was damn bent, the boat was all black and dirty, one of the trolley wheels were FLAT, the clip holding down the rudder was loose, my sail was torn, and loads more problems. Shit lah!!! I was standing there cursing, cos I was damn mad. Like, what the heck have I done to make heaven mad at me?!?!

It was soley my BAD LUCK DAY. I got so mad that I even scolded the worst of the worst. I was damn pissed, and Ning Xin kept wishing me HAPPY NEW YEAR. Cos my boat was like, the worst boat lah!

Then we got briefed on our course for the day and stuff, then we could launch.

The wind was damn strong, but heck, who cares! Then when Mrs Sidhu's power boat was launching, the tractor which was reversing the power boat into the sea accidentally got 'off-track' and 'derailed' and got stuck in the sand. Everyone was like "WTH?!?!" and we had to go help..

Then in the end the workers went to push the powerboat into the water by themselves. Could hear the trolley of the powerboat scrape across the floor. The sound like nails on a chalk board. *shiver goes down spine*

anyway.
Then we launched and all and blah blah had races and blah blah then during recovering our boats, Jack forgot to take out his mainsheet. So his boat was about to capsize. And I had problem holding the boats, and so since we were close to shore, my boat was like, WASHED ASHORE?! Poor boat. Then when Jack got his trolley [wah lao, never get for me when we agreed to pair-recover!!!] he couldn't get his boat in. Damn him! Then cos he forgot to release his mainsheet, his boom hit me.

THREE times. Once on the back. This hit made me fall on the sand while trying to 'save' my boat from the likes of the sands that would scratch it real badly. The second time also on the back, and the third time on my waist there. WAH LAO! Damn pain lah.

Then I was the last to get a trolley to recover my boat. THANKS TO JACK! He totally forgot to help me after helping HIMSELF! Then Shi Yan helped me to get a trolley and Liang Hong, Shi Yan and Siu Ngee helped me to pull my boat up to shore. Siu Ngee noticed that my boat was like, extra heavy?

Then we noticed it..

THAT CRACK ON MY BOAT!!

It was a huge one and all of them helping me to pull my boat went "WOAH!" and Siu Ngee said "Don't worry, mine was slightly smaller than that and I guess your crack is worth $70??" and I was like screaming my head off mentally. It was so sad lah.

Then I emptied all the water out of my boat... damn lot of water thanks to the crack, which allowed the water to seep into the boat's inside and make my boat heavier. Then after empting the water [it made a huge 'hole' in the sand, too much water lah!], I dragged my boat back to NSC with a heavy heart. Stupid... now I would have to pay.

When Siu Ngee asked me whether someone crashed into me, or whether the crack was already there, and if someone knocked into me [i think she asked this] or what, I said no to all.

When she told me it would be about 70 bucks, I was so sad.. I totally didn't pay attention during debrief. I kept my head down and kept wondering who banged into me, or if the crack was fresh, or old.

Then I realised it:
RYAN! He crashed into me during one of the races when I was practically in irons [where your boat stops suddenly and you're stuck there].

So after debrief I told Mrs Sidhu about my boat's crack, who told Uncle Thomas and Ms Cheng. Dammit, Mrs Sidhu was being damn kua zhang. Said Wen Feng's crack could fit a whole hand into it and it costed him 800 bucks! And she said since mine is the size of a palm it would most probably cost 400 bucks. I had a heart attack lah!!! Then she told Ryan about the crack, and Ryan was like "No lor! When did I bang into your boat???" and all. Then Mrs Sidhu suddenly said "Of course you must have lah [or something like this]! Since you can't remember it and Gwen can remember it. Why would she want to ask you to pay if you didn't crash into her boat? She wouldn't be like cos she likes you so she purposely want to make to pay the money right??? Of course she will say if you got crash into her boat lah!!!" And I showed her a 'diao' face. But she was joking about the liking Ryan part. We're only sailing teammates lah.

Then after she was done exaggerating, Wen Feng told me that Mrs Sidhu was only exaggerating cos his one costed him 500 bucks, not 800.

Scare me. When Ms Cheng said that it'd most probably cost 90-100 bucks, Mrs Sidhu was like "No lah! It would cost most probably 400 lah!" then Ms Cheng said that the last time she also had a crack like this and it costed about 100 bucks then Mrs Sidhu was like "no lah! Her crack is so deep..." blah blah blah. Then Ms Cheng was like 'i got nothing to say' and walked off.

After the 'after sailing PT' Ms Cheng waited with me and Ning Xin cos we were waiting for my dad to come pick us. We had to wait outside cos they were gonna lock up the school.

So we chatted lah, and Ms Cheng told me it would cost most probably about 90 bucks. And since I told them that Ryan crashed into my boat, she said I can split costs with him. Ryan was like so mad lah, and asked me like, 3 times while un-rigging to confirm when he banged into me. I knew it, I would get nagged at by Ryan one lah!

My dad was like "wah you must have been looking at the boys and never concentrate so you two the boat crash lah!" and all. Siao arr.

Opps, now I remember that I still have the TYR dry off [or whatever] shirt and pants that we need to buy for sailing. Its sorta like a team thing lah. Its like damn cheap!!! Mrs Sidhu said this kind of material if wanna buy at other places in Singapore is like, 30-40 bucks ["TYR somemore!" she said] when if we buy like that it would cost like only 12 bucks for the pants and maybe 15 bucks for the shirt!!! Better than buying from shops, which it would cost 30-40 bucks just for maybe the shirt only!!!
