I need a holiday job. I'm not even of legal age to earn money via my blog!

I'm gonna go be broke soon.

My mom gave me 50bucks cos I was going out with Kerrie and Bev they all on Ker's birthday. I told her I needed to buy a new belt and earrings as some of my earrings I bought from Bugis are spoilt, and that I was gonna catch a movie with them. Then she "okayokay" and gave me the 50bucks.

LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT 50BUCKS WAS MY LIKE, 3/2WEEK ALLOWANCE.

I feel so bloody pissed off now that I know I've primarily gone broke.


NOTES TO SELF:

1. NEVER CATCH A MOVIE ON A WEEKEND. The tickets cost a freaking 9BUCKS AND EVEN NEED 50CENTS. Watch it on a weekday.

2. There is not a need to take neoprints too often. If you wanna take neoprints, theres such a thing as a camera, and paint. If you're more priveledged, use Photoshop.

3. Lunch at home, just might be better than lunch outside sometimes.

ESPECIALLY if you're broke for theoradically the other half of the holidays.

Wah, to compensate me, my dad just gave me like 35bucks as my allowance for the rest of the week. JUST GREAT! What a fully nice way to cheer your daughter up especially since you gave her the money AFTER she had told you she needed a holiday job as she doesnt get allowance.

I was shocked when my mom told me the 50bucks was for me for practically 2-3 weeks. They told me I wasn't gonna get allowance for the holidays.

Maybe, just maybe. If I didnt tell them, they might not have given me the 35bucks.

Yeah. I think so. Shouldn't have told them then.

See whether they will give or not.

Only after I got upset cos my mom never did tell me that money was my allowance, then did my dad go into the room and get the money. I told him I didnt want it. He practically made me take the money by saying "Take it lah.. take it okay?"

Bloody hell.

I'm still angry.

This is how broke I am.

Yep, I went for church service at my church HOPE CHURCH SINGAPORE :D

It was good again to be back in the house of God, and see my beloved caregroup friends/ZIONITES. Just, well, couldn't warm up to them so much yet.

And has anyone told you yet that typing on a normal keyboard is so much better than typing on a keyboard on a laptop?
I betcha not.

IF SOMEONE TOLD YOU THAT YOU COULD NEVER GET BLISTERS (or cuts) ON YOUR FEET WITH ADIDAS SHOES..

Dont believe that person. That person is so, so soooo wrong man.

I can testify its not true.

How and why?

I've got one of those BLOODY CUTS (erm, or blisters!) on the back of my foot. AND its not exactly friendly.

Whenever I just lightly touch it, the stupid patch of skin-be-gone-less skin hurts so much like something's burning that part of your leg. Even if its just lightly touching an area near it, it would b-b-b-b-BURN!

I'm feeling so tired.

So yes, I went for service. Supposed to meet Wenzhen at AMK Mrt station but was late so she went off first. Then I missed the training Yining was on cos I was topping up my card! Wth man, whhhat the hhhell.

When I got to Somerset MRT station, YINING AND WENZHEN came chasing after me as I almost went up the escalator! Aww, they waited for me! So sweet can. Earlier while smsing Yining, I told her my shoe gave me a thing to remember - a patch of skin gone (easier said a big, big cut) from my lovely Adidas sneaker!

And the thing is, she still remembered about how the Converse shoe used to give me problems such as these months back, before I stopped going to church. She actually REMEMBERED. My shepherd and sheepmate are lovable man.

After service, me, Layling, Seepeng (and Huixuan (MY NEW LOVABLE CAREGROUP MEMBER COMING IN AS OF NEXT CAREGROUP!) and Jocelyn, but they left shortly after that) kept going from Nexus, to Meridian. Then back to Nexus, and then Meridian.

Layling: "I go buy the Connect Journal! Its very good for you, it covers 4months, teaching you everyday how to connect to Jesus. I'm going back to Nexus to buy it first hor!"

So, we followed.

Layling: "Oh I'm done paying! Aiyah you all stand here so sian.. wanna go back Meridian chatchat and sit around there? I need to meet Pam."

Back to Meridian...

Someone: "Aiyah sit here very sian I guess. Wanna go back Nexus wait for the people in meeting?"

Back to Nexus Auditorium. Theseryblahblah (dont know how to spell) service (this service is for Poly and above people) was gonna start, so it was damn noisy. Then Yihui and Layling left to go airport first I think.. gonna send of forgotwhatshername as she's going to strengthen the church in south America or something I think.

So only left me and Seepeng. We chatted, sat on the off-ed escalator and chatted, then saw Yining, with Wenzhen running behind after her. LOL.

So Yining, Wenzhen and me went to Meridian to eat with Tiffany. Seepeng went shopping with Kristle. So good lah! I wanna go shopshop too! No money, parents wont give and I'm not earning my own currently D:

After eating me and Wenzhen walked to Dobhy Gaught MRT station to go home. (Its nice having a caregroup member staying in AMK with you!)

Oh, did I mention?

Today I went to church cos Yining requested me, as its the last service we're having as a unit.

NEA, I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!

I will definitly miss the guys from my caregroup, NEA2.

Dont worry, caregroups might be a bit more boring without you guys. And I've not even seen what caregroup with Yeshen and the new guys are like! LOL.

Seepeng, Michelle, Layling, Jon Quek and Yihui are all moving on to grad group (Seepeng and Mich), JC group (Jon and Yihui), or MinOps (Layling). Will miss you guys too! Dont worry, NEA will always be there to support you guys :D Enjoy yourself at the new groups you're going to. As you said, it might be God's plan, so as to refresh yourself.

As for all the girls from NEA2 and NEA1, we're gonna combine groups and some girls from YCKSS (Huixuan including! :D) are gonna come join us for service.... A lot of people, I'm not used to a big caregroup. But with Karchian and Yining around, I guess it will be fine.

Still getting used to the lappy..

Whoever said using a laptop the whole day was just super-comfortable?

Blah to anyone who claims that! I've used the laptop since 3.30pm this afternoon and its currently 15mins to 1am. Never left the lappy except to do stuff that I need to do, like, bathe, watch TV, eat. Blahblah.


Apparently now my neck feels sore.


And apparently I just realised how slow this laptop is in realising theres new software connected to it. Like, wapiang, I connected it.. waited.. waited.... and waited. WHERES MY AUTORUN!


My camera is smart.. it got so bored of waiting for the autorun to start that it turned itself off when the "New Hardware Found" "Cannon blahblahblah" came up. Wapiang!


Okay, I've classified all my pictures in folders. Good, it looks much neater - that is, if I even had so many photos to classify. Its not like my desktop, where I've got like heaven knows how many photos stored in that big thing.

Complaints and compliments about the laptop aside.

Time to blog about yesterday, the outing at the beach with a few of my aunts and uncles and 2lil cousins (kachengs!).



Not too many photos to share cos while cycling my mom forbade me to bring my hp and my camera just in case I couldn't hold them properly while cycling.



Aye, my photo-blog life is dull and meak. (Oi! Why are most of my photos in black-and-white! Okay I guess I was at the "artistic feel" point of time.

ZOMG FOOD! GLORIOUS FOOD! Eh, what a pig. But there was like, chao a lot of food prepared that day. Not a lot if you're like, eating at home or something. But its a lot for a relaxing day at the beach. Holy cow, there was like packets of beehoon, tuna sandwiches, paos, packet milk and chocolate milk, flasks and erm, those thingys with this circle on top of them you press to get hot water out of hot water.. yadayada.

Apparently my bro and Garian just finished building their own "home", second to the humongous tent all the bags were dumped in. He slumped on the chair, looking for more breakfast (the two boys already had their share of breakfast in their HUGE -to be truthful, it was really small..- tent).

Obviously not obvlious to the fact I was taking pictures of him.

I could say tho, the wind that day, wasnt exactly what you'd call "oh! What a windy, relaxing, COMFORTABLE day at the beach!" exclaimation mark exclaimation mark exclaimation mark.

After breakfast (which was a super long time btw), we waited for the people who drove her to go park their cars at the parking lot near my passed-on grandma's house the carkpark. Waited...waited.. OH! OKAY! Lets go cycling! *children all go crazy and jump up from their spots* (just so you know, I'm officially a teen as of last year, so, obviously I wasn't one of those kiddos. You know that, dont you?)

Cos there was so many of us, we rented about 8 bikes. 2 of the bikes were those 2 seater kinds. The guy at the bike shop who attended to us was, ahem, quite shuai. LOL. Okay huge joke, back to topic. But hor.. that guy hor -

I didnt take pics cos, if I have to repeat, my camera wasnt with me. It was horridly, brutally, harshly buried away in that stuffy bag in that stupid big stuffy tent that was stuffy-ly stuffed with stuffy bags of the same kind. How stuffy.

Those bikes with 2 handles, 2 pedals, 2 everything, were very, ewwish looking. So no class.

Mine, of course, was a classy RED bike. A few scratches here and there but blah! Who cares man. I wanted to take the nicer blue ones but BLAH! The guy gave me the red one instead. Nevermind, Gwen is really, really open-minded and not picky at all. She takes anything given.. Including a new pair of rollerblades with orange wheels and is black!

Reality check:
Firstly, I'm not really rich enough to buy a new set of wicked blades and customise them with those lovely orange wheels at that blading shop and
Secondly, I've already got a set of blades at home. VERY old, but usable.

Okay, back to topic.

Cycled all the way to NSC and back. Took roughly almost an hour for that.

My grandaunt complained of butt cramp when we went back to the tent. My mom had butt cramps so bad she got off the made-for-2 bike and walked! All the way from around the first line of stores to the tent!

Wow, mom, you are very "wei da".

Cos I was so tired, I just chionged back on the bike (pedalled while standing up) and when I got to the tent I flopped down.

I wanted to take a picture of all the bikes when all the bikes were

1. Parked in a line
2. Scattered around the floor mats in a circle

But apparently, my uncle was sun tanning in the Sun. Shirtless!

Bleh.. who wants a pic of a shirtless guy sitting in a foldable chair on MY BLOG!

Eww much!

I took a pic of the bikes nearest to me (the red one, ME rented!). If my relatives didnt know how much I'd love taking pictures, they'd think I was mad. Okay actually they dont.

So maybe there and then they were thinking "Why is Gwendolyn bent over on the mat like shes doing yoga, and having the camera on the grass!" (I was taking a close-up shot, with MACRO! Dont you just LOVEEE cameras with that function?)

Tired Gerald slumped down in the bigger tent, abandoning his HUGE home that he and Garian spent time (and lots of "GERALD! BRING UP THAT SIDE LA!!!", majority screams of commands) setting up. He told me it was really hot inside their tent, so he jumped into uncle Colin's. Apparently, the Gameboy came to the resue.

Nono, not the Game-boy the Gameboy. I meant the electronic device my brother would die without.

I dont really know why, but my brother was the center of attraction for all my photos!

And I already told Tricia that SHE was going to be my model for the day, posing for pictures with kiddy captions/title.

This Parkour vid is quite good. Or at least i find it so. My dad thinks Parkour has got some computer effects done to it, and i've spent the whole day since 2+ convincing him its definitly NOT done by stunt doubles, nor is it done by computer effects.

I'm gonna try to get my bro to learn parkour. damn cool, and he needs to drop off the half geekish feel. he needs to be cool and not be so afraid of stuff like heights.

Just came back from STUDENT LEADERS SELECTION CAMP today, and was hell tired, stinky, sweaty, and tired again. Gah!

my mommy bought for me the new teppanyaki burger from Macdonalds (i'm lovin' it! :P). Tasted kinda weird, but its been like, a few weeks/days since i ever touched a burger, and after camps burgers work wonders for the tired soul! o.O

watched "High School Musical : The Concert" on Disney Channel.

Not fair, the starting of the concert was damn nice.

Like, there were all these red stuff and the whole place/hall where the concert was held was REDDISH! prettaye. and there was a countdown clock on the background. when it hit 00:00, the background seemed to rise up and show the words "HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL" and Drew and Vanessa came out on the stage.

Went to ALICIA darling's house to bake cakes for mothers' day. Had super loads of fun yeah.

Mommy told me she can arrange for me and Kerrie to go to laokim's house to learn how to bake chiffon cake. Yay! :D but i'm scared of laokim ):

Halfway during lesson Darren talked about this jewellery shop outside Fu Lu Shou that was on fire. Me and Celine were like "Wtf a jewellery shop on fire?!" Hu laoshi told us that it was rumoured the shop owner offended some gangsta, either that or it was a wire trip. i dunno.

So me, Celine and Fiona went to check it out after lesson.

Oooooh. The whole thing was practically burnt can. Shall show you some pics when BLOGGER WOULD STOP PMS-ING ON ME.

Called Gerald, he told me mommy wasnt home yet. A while later, called him again and he told me mommy saw the cake and wrote me a note too.

Got home, she talked to me. Like after 2 weeks! She told me thanks for the cake, and she had a packet of TAOKEINOI seaweed on my table! with a note attached, aww.

I'm now back to Cwalking. And I'm playing my guitar more since daddy helped me tune it! :D thanks dad!

While practicing the SHUFFLE for Cwalk just now, i fell. Okay, nevermind. get up again, practiced a while more.

Then, I FELL AGAIN. Oww..

I sprained my ankle, and my foot there. I bent my foot and heard the sound you would hear when cracking your knuckle! OMG EEW.

had a hard time trying to stand up, when i did i tried doing the shuffle again. Did once, winced in pain and decided not to do it for the time being. IT HURT! D: now my ankle's still pain ):

today went out with the guys to Novena - United Square for breakfast :D okay lah not too bad, Macs! hehs. then bought MINIMELTS. haha quite nice but like Cia says, its quite a rip-off D:

then walked to Novena Square or whatever to go walk around VELOCITY. still the same as before so im like, quite sianned. haha.

d' paper today was a terror. or at least, the DIGESTION questions, which made up like most of the paper. imma freaking fail this paper cos of the digestion D: i studied atoms, reflections etc but more digestion than anything else came out! ):

Surprisingly yesterday after school i managed to study with Cass, Carine and Eileen! :D amazing amazing! i studied Science while Carine studied dunno what and the other two studied History. i just kept penning notes on my postits and slapping it down on my book while i highlighted like every important sentence i see..

or at least I (MEMEME) thinks its important. haha.

so.. imma go prepare to go out to studaye! hahas.
