I'm back! haha. with all e mozzies having a mozzie buffet on me and the rest, i'm like, covered in mozzie bites! rawr.

i have like, so much to say! i dont know where to start. but i enjoyed this camp; except for the 3rd night's campfire. Hello? a SAILING camp become a STUDENT LEADER'S camp? RETARDED lah!

for the 3rd night it was quite fun. as in, midnight and so on. cos we sailors were playing TEITI! :D super fun. We stayed up till about almost 2+AM. haha. Chee teng caved in first i think. he got too tired and wanted to sleep. LOL.

during this whole 4 days 3 nights of camp, i think i can say i learnt much. as in, vulgarities side. HAHA. as in, i learnt that people actually CURSED -_- LOL.

then they said Justin and Daryl were owners of the newly-founded sex club at Loola. Dots. SPASTIC LEH. haha.

Trekking on the 3rd day was super tiring. We hiked up a hill even steeper than Bukit Timah Hill, or so ms cheng said to us. I cried halfway cos my legs got super trembly and i couldnt climb anymore. its quite pain lah, i dont have stamina!

Thanks Liang Hong, David, Chik Heng, Lin Jie, and two erm, bball guys for helping me. Haha. Esp Liang Hong, David and Chik Heng, you three helped me a lot during the hike up the hill.

Liang Hong kept encouraging me and he helped me carry my bag when i couldn't climb up anymore, David kept pulling me up by grabbing my hand and he helped me carry my bag while going up! Chik Heng also pulled me up. Haha. So paisei lah. They were like, slowly go up, then stop, wait for me, then grab my hand and pull me upwards. LOL. David pulled me a lot of times lah, and i knew he was tired, but he didnt say it. Sorry David! i know i'm super heavy. LOL.

now i feel that sailors are the best. we stick together as a team (most of the time), and we work together (most of the time). LOL. And the seniors are super fun. Haha. But those who are in sailing are super vulgar. HAHA. Liang Hong said bball is only paikia, performing arts where got vulgar and other sports and uniform groups not as bad as us. today i was supposed to meet Yining etc at AMK MRT station there to go to Hope Church office.

woke up at 7AM! then i went back to sleep and woke up again at 7.45AM. was like "oh shit. overslept by so much? my gosh!" and started rushing here and there to pack stuff etc. haha. then i was like rushing and rushing. I left the house at about 8.20AM to meet Yining at MRT station. i was expecting to be late....

BUT I WASN'T LATE! infact, i was quite on time! :D WOW! hahaha. i feel so happy that i was not the late-queen for once. IT WAS A BREAKTHROUGH! YEAH! :D

Zhicai was also there already. His hair looked erm, different i guess. haha. then there was this girl i didn't know there. but she looked familiar. she was actually from NEA1 and she's from St. Nicks. lol. her name was Li Jia, and she had the newer version of my mom's hp which i'm currently holding. LOL.

so i called wenzhen (i was actually there EARLIER than her haha!) and she didnt pick up her hp! haha. 3missed calls okay. haha. and i started crapping (as usual) with Zhicai. LOL. he was like, super lame. Lame as usual with the fellow human crap. HAHA. comic lah he!

then Karchian came with this girl from St Nicks, Gladys. Haha same name as Yining's water bap name. LOL. so yining was all "we're Gladys! :D" kinda thing. haha.

and Yining rebonded her hair! haha.

so we sat on bus 76 from the MRT station's bus stop at like 8.45AM? super early lah. then we were on the bus for like 1 hr before we reached Joo Chiat there! Super long lah. me, wenzhen, Gladys and Lijia were all tired out and the moment we got a seat we sat down haha. Zhicai was the "lao gonggong" of the day cos he sit on green seat. LOL.

and i kept telling him to grow shorter or something and not taller. LOL. crap lah haha. he is super tall lah. then he lah! keep suan-ning me and calling me "shorty" cos i am like 15cm shorter than him! Gah.

so we stayed in the church office for like God knows how long. From 12.55PM to 2PM bah.

then we went down further to eat lunch! haha. sian, the food there was, quite horrible. HAHA. all of us except Yining and Lijia ate WANTON NOODLES! haha. but it tasted like shit. oh well, thank God for the food, though. we were all like hungry ghosts!

then after that Zhicai left earlier to wait for bus cos he needed to collect his new specs as he said he felt it was "calling for him". HAHA. comic lah he! haha. then we walked pass this bakery after finishing our food. then wenzhen and yining went in to buy some stuff LOL. then we saw Zhicai sitting outside that bakery! haha. he was kinda waiting for us, while he was waiting for the bus (ooh, it rhymes! haha).

so we took bus 16 (it took quite a while to come) to Plaza Sing there. and took a train from Dhoby Ghaught (is that how its spelt as?) to Serangoon. LOL. Zhicai ran off to collect his specs on another train i think. haha.

then we went to RC for PM! haha. Me and Wenzhen missed the guitar lesson, though. sad! haha. but we went in and took the guitars to practice. haha. i think i'm getting better (:

then PM started. haha. quite tiring cos we stand for a long time. Before PM we learnt some worship songs Hope Kids learn, and then Michelle told me to refresh myself for PM. LOL. it was quite tiring, standing for about half an hour praying and worshipping (thats what Prayer Meet is for mah). I was super tired from waking up so early, and almost fell asleep while praying.

But i prayed for God to give me strength to be able to hold through the prayer there before I even think of passing out (well, i almost did. but i realised i was going to fall before i actually did) and God gave me the strength i needed and refreshed me! :D i did feel sleepy and tired, but not as tired as before! :D

then they talked about camp before PM ended. I was like, super sad the moment they talked about camp. then they asked for those who have difficulty going for the camp to be prayed for, so Yining, Michelle, Heidi, Jocelyn, Wenzhen, YeongDeng etc prayed for me, or so they knew i wasnt able to make it lah.

then i wanted to cry! i felt to touched (no, Michelle! not your version of "i feel so touched" cos someone touch you!) that they were praying for me. Caregroup is REALLY a group that cares! and i love them so much! haha.

then after everything ended Rachel suggested for us to play this game. Haha. quite fun. Wenzhen, Heidi, Yining, Jocelyn, Michelle, Rachel and me played the game. they kept trying to sabo me, cos you get pregnant whenever you get hit at "10". LOL. if you hit yourself you get one month pregnant. hit your friend and he/she gets one month pregnant! LOL.

then they kept trying to sabo me (Rachel and Yining are the MAJOR evil plotters LOL) by making every count at 10 to be at me! but they tried hitting my hand and keep missing, so they become pregnant! HAHA. in the end the game ended and everyone was pregnant but ME! HAHA. comic lah. we were like, screaming and laughing like siao while playing xD

then Michelle (i think) suggested that the girls playing the game pray for me that God would be able to soften my parent's hearts, as i guess they could tell i really wanted to go.

then while they were praying, I cried! i felt the love from my CG. and i know why i love them so much! :D i cried, and i hope no one else saw, cos most of the people from other groups didnt leave the RC yet haha. most of them stayed back to watch POKEMON! haha.

so, as i was saying, i cried! one thing, i felt really touched that they were all praying so hard for me. second, i wanted to go for camp real bad! its my first church camp somemore and i can't go?!

so i cried and tried wiping my tears off while praying. LOL. then i couldn't hold my tears anymore, and cried. but heng not a lot of tears xD then when we finish praying they noticed i was crying, and Rachel was like "-pats me on the lap- -smile smile-" and Wenzhen was so cute! she asked "Why are you crying?" and they were all "LOL WENZHEN!!! HAHAHA"

then Yihui told me before i left that if i had financial problems, the group would help me jie jue this problem. but mainly is my parents thinking its too ex.

then i went home with Wenzhen as i had to meet Ryan, our dragonboating coach, at AMK Macs with the rest of the Team A girls. but when i got there, only Siu Ngee, Peck Khee, Quin and this other sec 3 girl was there. Yup. So we waited, and two more came. the rest couldn't make it.

We waited for Ryan for like, i think 1hr and 10mins or something at AMK Mac!!! We were quite fed up lah. Then i think Cheryline (is that her name?) called Ryan or i think Yu Choong. I think its Yu Choong lah. Then the person she called didnt pick up the phone. then end up when he called back, she didnt pick up. then she realised he called and she called him. LOL. then you know what the person said???

we were all "WTF?" and "WTH?!" lol. and we decided to leave Mac. Yup. Got quite mad, all of us. waited for 1 hr plus somemore can! 6.30 to about 7.40 okay.

anyway, i asked my mom about reconsidering letting me go for church camp. i think she didnt quite mind too much! YAY! God has softened her heart!!! :D but she still didnt say yes, only asked me for more details and i showed her the consent form.

then i asked her about BLOGSKINS OUTING NOVEMBER. and she was like "You want to go for your church camp and you want to go for your blogskins thing, NO. You choose one."

what the.. i already told her i'd pay for the camp and the BS outing lah! like, wth lah. I feel quite mad. yay me! i'm gonna be the *AHEM* drummer for my dear TEAM A GIRLS for the up-coming DRAGONBOAT COMPETITION! :D

but *AHEM* the race is gonna be tough. i heard KC girls are gonna take part. Hoho. this WILL be interesting. hohoho! oh man, i'm becoming santa claus! haha. or maybe i'm his little elf helper. LOL.

today we had a super tough dragonboating session. garh! and for THIS session, i was ON TIME! someone, congratulate me please (: when we reached Kallang River there, its like, me and Quin were all "okay, let us have PT first then go dragonboating! pleasepleasepleaseeee!" but duh, we werent telling that to ms cheng or we'd have our heads chopped. buahaha.

but in the end, it was OUR TEAM that went on water first. Grr! haha. and i shouldn't have volunteered myself to be the stupid DRUMMER! my dad just congratulated me, saying that i would be super stressed =/ actually siungee was supposed to be drummer, since there was not enough space in the boat after tzuling got on. then i was like, "nevermind lah, i go infront." i WASN'T expecting it to be the PERMANANT arrangement okay! i was hoping i'd row. haha. but nevermind, experience on drums! haha.

and after that, PT was a killer. we werent allowed to drink water!

i dont know if what i'm stating is in order, but i guess it is. haha.

1st - run 5 rounds around two lanes of the parking lot. nevermind, i shall take a pic next time to show you what i mean.

2nd - we had to do SPRINTING! and i won EVERY round i ran i think. Haha. I beat siungee and she was like "Gwen, you're fast!!!" haha. i thought i would die since she was running in my row. We had to do sprinting for dunno how many sets. i think first and second set the last 2 people no punishment, but from then on Mrs Sidhu started giving punishment for the last two people, starting from

• 5 jumping jacks. argh, go ask JACK or yinpeng to go jump on the spot lah haha
• 5 pumping
• then i think it was 5 jumping jacks+5 pumping

then i think that was all. and i didnt get any one of the punishments! BUAHAHAHA. i feel so honoured. :D but i was super weak while running so i was like, going to fall cos my legs felt weak.

then after that team A people didn't get time to bathe after the PT. bah! so evil. haha. so we went back like smelly socks. eww.

then when back in school we decided what color shirt to wear on sunday etc and told me what strokes to do during the race itself on the drums. haha i'm so excited! :D

then after that mrs sidhu gave a breifing for the sailors for some CIP stuff. one is officiating and the other is teach children how to sail! :D and the teaching of kiddos thingo is only for the OPTIMISTS. haha. if the size too big have to go on powerboat! lol. but can earn like 32 bucks for 4 days if dont eat their lunch i think. haha!

and officiating can earn 10 bucks a day! like, how cool is that? that time we did when we were still new and we earned 20bucks for two days. HAHA. i was like, happy happy!

then i went home and played audition for like, God knows how long.

well, DUH. its a special day. MY DAD's BIRTHDAY! <3!>

lets see. the day was quite okay. we didn't do anything special, just a family lunch and some walking around and some dinner at S-11 at AMK Central.

Lunch! PIZZA HUT! wow. i've longed to eat pizza hut's pizza's for a long time. mmm! i still love it. haha. but erm, my bro didn't seem to enjoy his meal as much as i did. He was all "-pokepoke- MOM! i dont want this... this PINEAPPLE. i HATE pineapples! oh mom, take it away! if not DAD! dad take it off! please~!"

-pokepoke- he seems to be wondering if the pizza was even EDIBLE. haha joking. he was eating it, but he was stuffed. so he was like "eee. no mood to carry on eating." haha.

-looks at my dad- "Hey dad! why isn't this so-and-so? why must it be so-and-so? why can't it be this-and-that, but this-and-that?" okok. he didn't say that. i was just joking. OOOH! Express meal! $7.95! wowwow! actually $6.95 for students. WOW! okay lets go to Pizza Hut for lunch from now on!

"Hey dad? i dont wanna eat anymore. My stomach feels stuffed." well, he didn't say that. but his facial expression says so. Hee! :]

I dont know why my brother was the object of all my shots. I took it with the phone i am currently using - my mom's. i swapped my phone with hers. haha. But my brother aka Gerald Neo was being super childish during the lunch. i dont even know why he isnt a bit like me - behaviour-wise, though. Haha.

So, that was LUNCH.

we then proceeded to AMK CENTRAL.

and my mom signed me up for my guitar and piano lesson. oh gosh mom i love you! Kinda like being one step closer to my dream. I shan't tell you what it is. Think of musician (more to pianist) and world. HAHA. omg thats obvious. DUH. (:

the lesson wasn't cheap either. Or so it wasn't to me. 550 bucks for 3 months. I'm taking up half an hour PIANO and half an hour GUITAR! :D i have a 15min break inbetween each lesson, though. haha. First is piano then 15mins break and then guitar. haha. I'm gonna love it!

My first lesson is TOMORROW! or should i say later in the afternoon. Now its 4.42AM!

my dad was grumbling about how he didn't get a birthday present, while his daughter aka me got a $550 (almost half a thousand bucks somemore!) "present" from my mom. Then my mom said she already got him a present - a badminton racket costing about 100+ bucks! AWW! i want one too! haha i am GREEDY :]

but hey, my racket is passed down from my dad, and its YONEX! i'd prefer the one my bro is using. Its so light! and its nice - yellow, black and white!!! AHHHH. he gets a better racket than me cos he's going for paid training? grr. But i still beat him when it comes to smacks and surfing! haha. And i made it into the ATS badminton team! only to quit after a few training. Not only me, the rest of the team also quit one by one after me xD

then the rest of the day i was at home with my maid while my dad went back to his workplace, and my mom went out to orchard to change my earring backings for me as when i used the new backings my ear turned red and it hurt a lot. sensitive! =/

then we went for dinner at AMK CENTRAL! S-11. eww. i bought chicken chop from the S-11 near Jubilee there. its... suckish! not only suckish, saltish too! i feel, eww-ed! i'm never gonna eat the chicken chop there again! my bro bought fried rice, mom shared ban mian with dad. at least their foods all taste better than mine even if it didn't look as good as mine! haha.

then went home cos Gerald needed to do homework. haha. His school haven't end when mine did! HAHA! I feel so superior! haha.

and i just LOVE Bishan library. though my first visit there gave me a very unpleasant memory and made me and my mom have cold war for almost 3 days (i mean it! we didn't talk to each other). the design both inside and out are so.... mordern-ish and future-istic!

i feel so wow-ed. i admire the person who designed this wonderful place! though its kinda small =/ i took this pic during my first visit there. this was the INSIDE, and its already so nice. Next time i go, i'll take a pic of the OUTSIDE! You'll be WOW-ed (for those who havent been there lah!)

and i guess i just have to code the orange-y blogskin another day. Its currently 4.56AM. i'm gonna die soon if i dont get some sleep cos tomorrow's my first PIANO and GUITAR lesson! :D so excited! :D

wish me luck! its my first lesson and i'm gonna freak! hope the teacher gets impressed that i actually self-learned the piano skills i currently have. Auntie Mavis said if she taught me, i could skip grade 1 or 2 and take grade 3 exam! WOW. haha. but too bad, in the end my mom signed me up for the lessons at central. Haha. (:

Half an hour more till i beat my record of sleeping at 5.30AM, thanks to Ben, whom made a pact with me that we'd both stay up while chatting on the phone till at least 5.30AM since coincidentally both our parents went to bangkok (on the same day somemore!). Kinda shocking, huh. But different time lah. sad. scarly they meet each other. Haha.

lets talk about today's FRENZY! :D

had lots of fun during frenzy! haha. Yay! :D keith and monica, please feel better. Yup.

today's CASUALTY RATE is very high. Keith and Monica both got injured. ahhh! especially its on the legs there lah! yesterday also, Quin hurt her ankles, Joseph's foot hurt, and I injured my knee. LOL.

So yah. monica was really strong. she didn't complain about her knee even after she fell on the road during the game. she fell cos we were running to catch up to layling's group during the game. so monica fell on the road! sorry Monica! cos we just kept running, and even rushed you to run and you didn't even complain about the pain! i feel so sad! =/

we only found out her knee was bleeding when we went back to Cuppage to get our ez-links before heading down to Somerset MRT to take a train down to Orchard MRT station for our next stop. She rolled up her three-quarter jeans and when we saw BLOOD! her knee was bleeding!!! and she went "oh no, now how to wash my jeans!" haha. so cute xD but yah, she didn't complain about the pain! monica, you are so brave! :D

keith also fell. after our stop at Orchard MRT (we couldn't find the game master cos that game master went for lunch break!), we grabbed some food stuff (more like drink stuff) and headed back for Cuppage at about 3.50pm. then when we reached Somerset MRT station, it RAINED! ahhhh! so we agreed on running across. So we did. and obviously, Keith was running faster than me, and when he stepped on the tiles outside the shops there, he fell and his leg hit the wall! we were quite shocked lah, cos he slided on the floor and fell. ouch.

so i accompanied him as he sat on the steps to Centrepoint (i think) while the rest went back to Cuppage. he kept scaring himself! =/ haha. Heidi gave me a weird look cos okay, wen zhen asked if he was okay, he said yah. and then he said "nevermind lah you two go back with the rest. gwen pei wo." then heidi was like "huh? We go back? then you leh? gwen leh?" and keith said "gwen pei wo lah." and she was trying hard not to laugh =/ HEIDI! you arh! haha.

anyway, keith told me not to tell the rest about what happened when we were outside the america room at cuppage. but the moment we went in Michelle asked "Keith, are you okay?" and i was like, haha! cos he just told me not to tell as he thought only our group for the games knew about it. end up our group told other people liao. haha (:

but yeah! the games were funfunfun! :D

Thank God for Keith for his cheerful spirit! or was it something else.. oh nvm! haha. but yeah! :D i can tell lah... everyone else in our group seemed quite disheartened after we left cuppage with our ez-links. then they were all like "aiyah dont care lah. lose liao still walk so fast for what? we sure last lorh." even alicia seemed quite pissed after the first station and pamela was asking me if she was fine =/ keith kept chui-ing us to hurry up and that we can still catch on with the other groups if we try. haha. thanks keith! and oh thanks esp for volunteering first for the forfeit, if you didn't volunteer yourself i doubt i would have. haha. i was chickening out xD

but yay! the game was quite fun. only that we only made it pass one stop and we didnt manage to do the other group cos it was lunch break for them when we got there and that when we were at MOS drinking our shakes i think Donnavan called keith and told him the games ended. haha. i didnt quite wanna do the forfeit for the first stop cos the way Tiffany drew on keith's and jiahong's (correct, right?) face, it seemed quite scary. until jocelyn decided to go after jiahong then i decided to go after jocelyn. haha. tiffany dont know how to put on makeup! haha

i can see as we walk past many people they keep looking at us, esp at keith and jiahong cos they had funny stuff drawn on them with lipstick!!! omg lah. haha. i managed to rub the eyeshadow off cos i was sweating. hee. but when everything ended i realised the eyeshadow actually had those glitter thingy and my face was shiny like i just finished a performance and used those kind of blusher and eyeshadow etc. LOL.
